Our Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on unworn items in their original condition.

How to Return
1. Email kovie.brand@gmail.com with your order number
2. Tell us the reason for your return
3. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
4. Once we receive your item we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Conditions
Items must be unworn and in original condition
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Sale items are non-refundable

Want a different colour or size? Email us at kovie.brand@gmail.com and we'll sort it for you personally.

Refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
